This healthy, nutritious Berry Kale Smoothie is one of my favorite breakfast smoothies. With strawberries, pineapple, and bananas, you’ll barely know it has kale in it.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale, leaves only

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen, unsweetened

  • 1/2 cup pineapples, canned or frozen

  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds or chia seeds

Instructions

  • Add kale and water to blender and puree until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container overnight.
