Ingredients
- Mix Together:
2/3 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup honey
2/3 cup water, cold
1 tsp salt
- Add In:
2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup oats, quick
4 cups coconut flakes
1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped
2 cups pitted dates, chopped
1 1/4 cups carob chips (optional)
Instructions
- Mix first set of ingredients together then add in remaining
ingredients. - Using a tablespoon, form balls lightly packed together.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place each ball on
sheet. - Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, then serve.
