Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup plant milk, unsweetened
1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
1⁄2 cups blueberries
1 tablespoon stevia (or maple syrup)
1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Layer the ingredients in a 12 oz jar starting with the blueberries.
- Next, add oats, cinnamon, and stevia.
- Pour milk over oats then sprinkle with chia seeds (optional).
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- The next morning, you can add additional liquid if needed. Top with fruit and/or nuts (optional). Eat it cold or warm in the microwave.
