Power Up Oil-Free Kale Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp lime or lemon juice

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 3 tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos

  • 1 bunch kale leaves, fresh

  • 1 stalk celery

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1 dash black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp basil, dried

  • 1/2 tsp oregano, dried

  • 1 tomato, chopped

  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, yellow and red, chopped

  • 1/4 cup carrot sticks

  • 1/4 cup onion (optional)

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 2 tbsp walnuts

  • 2 tbsp raisins and cranberries

Instructions

  • Add washed kale leaves to bowl. Cover kale with lime (or lemon)
    juice, garlic, Braggs, and seasonings.
  • While kale is soaking, chop other vegetables.
  • After kale has soaked at least 5 minutes, add remaining
    ingredients and toss.
  • Serve with meal or alone.
