Simple Green Machine Smoothie

Can a green, healthy smoothie actually taste good too? It can! This simple Green Machine Smoothie delivers not only nutritious ingredients but also good taste. You’ll want it for every breakfast.

When eating a vegan diet, it’s important to get in all of the recommended vitamins and minerals each day. It’s easy to think you’re healthier because you’ve adopted a vegan diet, however, that’s not always true. Oreos are vegan but I wouldn’t recommend eating a meal’s worth of them.

When I first really started paying attention to my health and how what I ate impacted it, I struggled with getting in the daily recommended amount of fruits and vegetables. What saved me were green drinks and smoothies.

I started by drinking store-bought brands, but they were often loaded with sugars. So, I created my own green machine smoothie recipe and I’m happy to share it with you.

I think it’s delicious and included ingredients I felt were important for my health. You’ll have to decide whether or not this Green Machine Smoothie good for you.
